EDGE7 System
- The Highland EDGE7 integrated fall protection system is a robust, high quality, cost effective and easy install solution designed for maximum safety and efficiency at the construction site.
- The EDGE7 system is the only fall protection system with an integrated fall arrest tie-off ring every 7 - 1/2 feet.
- There are two types of panel sizes to show from: the standard 7'-6" fixed panel and the adjustable panel for various widths (up to 7'-6") and infinite angles. Panels install in seconds, making the job site clean and safe.
- The EDGE7 system could be customized to meet the demands of more specialized projects such as stadiums, arenas, hospitals, etc.
- The EDGE7 system is made of galvanized steel.
ATTACHMENT OPTIONS
EMBED System for EDGE7
- The Highland EMBED is a steel connector for cold formed corrugated steel sheet to be used as an alternative attachment method for the EDGE7 system.
- The Embed plate is fixed to the steel deck with self-drilling screws. The threaded rods and nuts keep the EDGE7 system raised to allow for concrete to be poured while maintaining the edge protection in place.
- NOTE: The tie-off ring could only be used once the concrete has been cured to the slab designed strength.
